Now I know like me you probably are a huge Nigella Lawson fan - So as a special surprise for you - I have added a video of Nigella cooking one of her Christmas Cake Recipes. (My husband likes Nigella also as he reckons she is so gorgeous to look at!)
I have made this recipe and it is great. In fact, I did not use it as a Christmas Cake, but Test baked it before I put the video up and used it with some home made vanilla ice cream and cream, as a dessert when hosting a dinner party for 16. It is rich so you only need a small portion.
