Traditional Christmas Pudding Recipe ~ (Xmas Pudding) ~ Easy Christmas Pudding Recipe ~

I was so excited to find this on You Tube and bring this to you with great pleasure.

The recipe given is exactly as my Grannie Min used to make only it is cooked in the Microwave (She would have loved this) instead of being steamed or boiled in a saucepan in a greased dish for 2-3 hours.

Cover with cling film and make a slit in the top to allow steam to escape.

Cook on microwave high for 10 minutes.

Allow to stand for 10 minutes after cooking.

        Sprinkle with Brandy and serve.
